Wadi Bani Khalid

Wadi Bani Whalid (2hours from Muscat) is the best wadi I've been so far.

From your car, you have to walk 10 minutes in the mountain to access small waterfalls and basins of pure water where you can swim.

  1. heya! ths place looks really nice!
u know, i'm omani but i've never been to this wadi (shame on me :P )

    i liked ur blog!
    thnx :) :)

  2. I have no comment on a particular post of your blog, but I just want to tell you that I went through almost all the posts of your blog and I really liked your blog. It seems that you've visited many places in Oman, and you're really enjoying it. It's our pleasure knowing that foreigners in Oman are enjoying their stay here.

I just want to suggest visiting Salalah, if you haven't visited it last summer, you gotta visit it this summer. The weather there is amazing in the summer, and you really have to visit it and spend at least 2 weeks of your summer vacation there.

Your blog is really awesome for those who're thinking of visiting Oman, or for visitors who didn't go to the amazing places in Oman.

p.s I added your blog's link to my blog! =)

  3. Thanks for your comments. I appreciate Omani people like my blogs. I'll try to go to Salalah this summer ;)

  4. This is the enthusiasm of the first months

  6. Hi guys! I was just wondering if a 4WD is actually necessary to access to the Wadi Bani Khalid or if a regular car is fine for this one? Thanks for your help!

  7. Hi Pigu, You don't need a 4WD for Wadi Bani Khalid. Actually, Bani Khalid is the only wadi you can do with a regular car ! This is why there is so much people during Eid holidays :)
